Henry Don Williams, 32, was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshall's Service Los Angeles Regional Taskforce, the Fairfield Police Department and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department at 2:40 p.m. in Las Vegas. Williams was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Facility.
